Recruiting Coordinator

• Coordination of interview logistics, including scheduling and communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Management of onsite interviews at the San Francisco office, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
• Proactive identification and resolution of day-of issues, including last-minute changes or scheduling conflicts.

• Personable and warm—you're great at making candidates feel welcome and supported
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to last-minute changes
• Previous experience in a recruiting or coordination role is a plus, especially at a fast-paced company
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and operationally strong—you know how to keep things moving
• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience
