Recruiting Operations Program Manager

• Identifying, building, and owning programs end to end to improve recruiting processes and tools.
• Leading large-scale recruiting programs, securing leadership buy-in, managing timelines, and using data to drive decisions.
• Analyzing interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load, and turning findings into concrete recommendations.

• 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks
• Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior leaders
• Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations
• Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences
• Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities
• Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
