Jobomschrijving

Provide day-to-day support to the team manager. Track selected policy topics and assist in preparing brief inputs. Organise physical and virtual meetings, including agendas and follow-up.

Handle travel planning and event logistics. Coordinate activities of working groups. Draft short reports and communication summaries.

Update webpages, newsletters, and social media posts. Maintain contact lists, files, and member resources. Degree in Office Management or similar, Relevant assistant experience is a must .

Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a big plus. Confident with digital tools, websites, and social media. Skilled in Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms.

Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities. Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.

Calm and reliable under time pressure.
