Dual Rate Dealer /Supervisor FT

Join our team as a Dual Rate Dealer/Supervisor. In this role, you will conduct assigned games, control the pace of the game, and provide superior customer service. As a supervisor, you will ensure proper procedures are followed, verify gaming table transactions, and motivate dealers to provide excellent customer service. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, and deadline-driven. The target salary range is $7.00 hourly plus tips, with an additional $28.125 per hour when working as a supervisor.

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure, cooperates with other Dealers, and controls the pace of the game.
• Issues the proper amount of gaming chips to customers after completion of credit authorization procedures.
• When acting as a Supervisor, ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision, verifies all gaming table transactions, and maintains awareness of activity on games.
