Ticket Writer

Join our team as a Sportsbook Cashier, where you will provide exceptional service to guests, accept bets, write tickets, and maintain accurate transactions. You will also be responsible for balancing a till, maintaining a neat window, and completing all necessary records and forms. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with customer service and cash handling experience. Prior experience in race and sports wagering is preferred.

• Accepting bets and writing tickets for all sporting events from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining and balancing a till for use in issuing and redeeming tickets and vouchers, including following void procedures and cash handling procedures.
• Processing and maintaining accurate transactions and reconciliations, and completing all requisite Company, federal, state, tax, and/or gaming regulation records and forms.
