Ticket Writer

Join our team as a Sportsbook Cashier, where you will provide exceptional service to guests, accept bets, write tickets, and maintain accurate transactions. You will also be responsible for balancing a till, maintaining a neat window, and completing all necessary records and forms. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with customer service and cash handling experience. Prior experience in race and sports wagering is preferred. The position requires the ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.

• Provide prompt, courteous, accurate, and exceptional service to guests in the sportsbook.
• Accept bets and write tickets for all sporting events, utilizing a sports computer system.
• Maintain and balance a till for issuing and redeeming tickets and vouchers, following cash handling procedures.
