Vice President Client Relationship Manager (Structured Investments, Issuer Coverage)

Join iCapital, a leading financial technology platform, as a Vice President Client Relationship Manager for Structured Investments. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with issuing partners, support the onboarding of new issuers, and translate partner needs into platform enhancements. You will also collaborate with various teams across the firm and assist in the development and execution of the firm's strategy for the Structured Investments business line. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

• Support the management of relationships with iCapital's issuing partners, serving as a key point of contact and coordinating regular touchpoints.
• Help maintain and grow existing partnerships and support the onboarding of new issuers onto the platform.
• Translate partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements, owning the resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry
• Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
• Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
• Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or obtained within 90 days of hire
