Vice President of Enterprise Coverage and Client Management (Wires/Private Banks)

Join iCapital, a leading financial technology company, as a Senior Vice President/Vice President in the Enterprise Wealth Client Management team. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with existing Wires and Private Banks clients, driving enterprise adoption of our technology platform, and collaborating with internal and external teams on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity, a passion for client service, and extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments.

• Développer et approfondir les relations existantes avec les clients des Wires et des banques privées.

• Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms is highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in a technical relationship management capacity
• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic mindset and able to work independently
• Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms preferred
• Passion for client service and exceeding client expectations
• Demonstrated client service skills and ability to carry enterprise relationships with little to no oversight
• Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
