Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy

Join iCapital, a leading financial technology company, as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. In this role, you will drive long-term growth by leading the evaluation, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, conduct in-depth research, and support the development and execution of the company's strategic priorities. This position requires a strong understanding of KPIs, experience in corporate development or strategy, and a passion for alternative investments and wealth management.

• Strong understanding of KPIs and their role in strategic decision-making
• Highly organized, team-oriented collaborator with experience managing multiple complex projects and working with external partners (i.e. investment bankers, legal teams, consultants)
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and strategic negotiations
• Quick learner, adaptable to new industries, business models, and shifting priorities
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mindset
• Strong interest in alternative investments, wealth management, and building an industry-defining company
• Experience with alternative funds, including familiarity with fund structures, operations, and valuation methodologies, is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels of the organization
• Clear and effective communicator with the ability to create impactful, executive-ready presentations and recommendations with proficiency in PowerPoint
• 8+ years of experience in corporate development or strategy, investing (PE and VC), investment banking, or in a similar strategic role
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Experience in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment, financial technology or financial services background is strongly preferred
