Recruiting Coordinator

Join Skydio, a leading high-tech company in the drone industry, as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be the face of Skydio for candidates, managing their onsite experience, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will also collaborate with the University Recruiting team, maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System, and assist the broader People team with various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in People Operations.

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Greeting candidates onsite at the headquarters, providing office tours, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.
• Maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.

• This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in People Operations
• You have a "customer obsession" mindset and genuinely enjoy making people feel comfortable and valued
• 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisors (RAs) or customer service experience is a plus!)
• You are a clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions when you hit a roadblock
• You are excited to start your career at a fast-paced, high-tech company building the future of flight
• You are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms (Ashby, G-Suite, Workday) quickly
• Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
