Deployment Engineer (Commercial Sites)

Join our team as a Deployment Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the deployment of our technology into customer sites. You will work closely with engineering, develop testing plans, execute testing, and analyze data to improve our software and hardware performance. This position requires frequent travel between our headquarters and customer sites, as well as a strong background in engineering and experience in customer-facing roles.

• Support deployment into customer sites and serve as an on-site representative for engineering.
• Develop testing plans and procedures for customer site, execute testing, and track and analyze data.
• Communicate feedback to engineering clearly and ensure testing goals are achieved while exceeding customer expectations.

• Excellent judgment and execution in high pressure situations
• Willingness to travel frequently between HQ and customer site
• Engineering degree
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• 3-5+ years of work experience in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration, deployment, and development
• Experience with Linux, Python or other coding languages
• Experience transitioning products from design to pilot to commercialization
• Familiarity with project management software (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
• Software validation experience
