Senior Associate in Marketing Operations

Join Garner as a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations, where you will be responsible for the operational engine behind our demand generation motion. You will manage day-to-day campaign operations, deliver marketing reporting and analysis, and ensure lead data flows to sales efficiently. This automation-first role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce. You will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid or remote setting with flexible PTO and various financial benefits.

• An automation-first mindset: you’re comfortable with detail-oriented execution, and you’re routinely asking how a process could be made repeatable or hands-free
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, segmentation); Salesforce familiarity is a strong plus
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related operational role, preferably at a B2B organization
• Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to real workflows, or strong motivation to build it fast
• A self-starter mindset toward understanding, documenting, and navigating new systems
• Data comfort: confident building reports and working in spreadsheets; SQL or Python exposure is a plus
