VP of Customer Success

Join Videa, a leading AI platform in the healthcare industry, as the Vice President of Customer Success. In this key leadership role, you will own the post-sale onboarding and expansion engine, manage the rollout and strategic growth of DSO accounts, and partner closely with leadership to shape long-term customer value creation and product direction. You will also oversee executive relationships, improve installation processes, drive enterprise expansion strategy, and coach and mentor a high-performing team. • Oversee the post-sale onboarding and expansion engine for DSO accounts, managing the rollout, customer health, and strategic growth.
• Drive enterprise expansion strategy, converting pilots into scaled deployments and unlocking cross-sell opportunities across Videa’s AI platform.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, standing up the Account Management organization and playbook, including account planning frameworks.
