Finance Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Join Live Nation Entertainment as a Finance Manager for LATAM Venues. In this role, you will oversee accounting and financial operations at new venues in the LATAM market, manage the annual budget, develop financial models, and prepare variance analysis on capital investment projects. You will also work on process improvement opportunities, act as team lead for new system implementations, and prepare ad-hoc analysis for executive management. This position requires a strong background in finance and accounting, experience with large automated accounting systems, and fluency in English and Spanish.

• Colaborar con el Vicepresidente Senior de América Latina para gestionar y controlar el presupuesto anual.
• Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros detallados para cada proyecto, asegurando precisión y transparencia.

• Knowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP principles and strong business acumen required
• Experience leading projects with demonstrated ability to produce results within timelines
• Career experience must include 7+ years in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including experience building financial models and reports, working with data, managing forecasting and budgeting processes
• Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or other large automated accounting system required
• Previous venues accounting or finance experience a plus
• Bilingual in professional English/Spanish required, working professional; Bilingual Portuguese nice to have
• 2-3 years of experience managing CapEx or assets as part of a finance portfolio
• Well-organized, self-driven and directed team player with eagerness to grow
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA is a plus
• Latin America experience a plus
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills with a solutions-oriented approach
• Presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; listens effectively, transmits information accurately, and actively seeks feedback
• Effectively manages and motivates team members in rapidly evolving, fast-paced culture
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and advanced skills in Excel required
