Senior Accountant (Spanish Speaker)

Join Live Nation Entertainment as a Senior Accountant supporting our Latin America business. In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across a dynamic international environment. You will partner closely with regional finance teams, oversee month-end close activities, reconcile complex financial data, and support corporate reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. • Oversee month-end close activities, reconcile complex financial data, and support corporate reporting while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Partner with local finance teams and LATAM accounting teams to support monthly corporate reporting, including balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile complex balance sheet accounts, including monthly IFRS elimination entries and adjustments.

• The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and is flexible to work extended hours or occasional weekends during peak periods, including month-end close
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 public accounting firm; entertainment or live events industry experience is a plus
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams
• Experience managing projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and producing high-quality work
• Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends during month-end close, financial reporting cycles, and event settlement periods to meet business needs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA candidate or CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus
