Finance Analyst

You will work closely with festival partners, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and lead monthly team reviews with brand managers. • Review festival contracts and prepare revenue recognition schedules based on contract terms.
• Prepare month-end journal entries related to revenue and variable expenses, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Analyze and explain variances between actuals and forecast, and lead monthly team review of activity with brand managers.

• Ability to be flexible with hours as workload changes
• Experience with Salesforce or other large CRM tool a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environment
• 1-4 years relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Ability to multi-task, implement new processes, and meet time-critical deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or other large automated accounting system a plus
