Institutional Sales Director

Join BitGo, a leading digital asset financial services company, as an Institutional Sales Director. This role, based in New York, is an individual contributor position that requires significant experience in selling to large institutions and a strong network across banks, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. You will be responsible for increasing revenues across all of BitGo's solutions, representing the company at client meetings and industry events, and leading the end-to-end sales life cycle. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, a strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Acquisition of new client relationships to increase revenues across all of BitGo’s solutions.
• Leading the end-to-end sales life cycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Representing BitGo products and services externally in client meetings and at industry events.

• Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality
• Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fast-developing environment
• Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, concepts and ability to seamlessly translate between both language
• 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or other front office roles in financial services, digital assets, fintech or an adjacent industry
• Strong network across the institutional segment that can be leveraged to build out the pipeline
• Experience with CRM Tools such as Salesforce
