• Implementing changes across technical SEO, content, and AI search optimization for multiple client websites.
• Building strong client relationships through consistent communication and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
• Staying current on developments across SEO and AI Search, creating reports and dashboards to gauge performance.

• Ability to quickly pick up new skills and adapt to a rapidly evolving search landscape
• Familiarity with how AI search systems (e.g., LLMs, generative engines) retrieve, interpret, and surface content
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral while paying close attention to detail
• 2-3 years experience doing SEO work for clients within an agency environment
• Understanding of content strategy, including entity-based optimization, topical authority, and structured data
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and performance measurement across both traditional and AI-driven search environments
• Experience working directly on websites (general knowledge of CMS such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento is a plus)
• Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and emerging AI search tools
• Minimum 1 year of client facing experience
• Desire to lead strategy for multiple large growth SEO and AI Search clients
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, and website architecture
• A proactive approach to collaborating with others and managing workload
