Vice President Product Manager

Join iCapital, a leading financial services firm, as a Vice President Product Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of fund operations and business growth, excluding investment decisions and external marketing. You will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager, manage distributions and liquidity, and build strategic relationships with leading distribution platforms. This position requires a proven ability to build strong relationships, experience with 1940 Act funds and private markets, and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and 8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services is preferred.

• Assumer la responsabilité de tous les aspects des opérations du fonds et de la croissance de l'entreprise, à l'exception des décisions d'investissement et du marketing externe.
• Superviser les initiatives de marketing pour le fonds, y compris la création et le maintien des présentations de collecte de fonds, des matériaux de révision de portefeuille et du contenu des appels trimestriels aux investisseurs.
• Établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques avec les principales plateformes de distribution dans le canal de gestion de patrimoine.

• Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Experience with 1940 Act funds and private markets is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging
• Bachelor’s degree is required; CFA, CAIA, or MBA is a plus
• Professional demeanor with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services (i.e. investment management, project management, private investing, investment banking, transaction advisory services, capital markets, and management consulting)
