Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable Barista to prepare quality beverages and help guests start their day—or enjoy a well-deserved break.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and take orders accurately.
Serve pastries, snacks, and other available food items.
Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash, credit card, and other authorized payments.
Keep counters, equipment, displays, and guest areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and safe equipment-handling procedures.
Monitor product freshness, rotate inventory, and communicate supply needs.
Respond professionally to guest requests and bring concerns to a supervisor when needed.
Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and reconciling transactions as assigned.
Work with fellow team members to keep service moving smoothly during busy periods.
What You’ll Bring
Previous barista, café, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
