Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with hospital IT and clinical teams to build and run integrations, develop customer tools and analytics, and create reusable connectors and product features. • Construire des logiciels avec les équipes hospitalières, puis transformer ce qui fonctionne en produit.

• 5+ years building and operating production software, with strong backend, API, data modeling, and SQL skills
• Evidence that you’ve built software around a customer’s workflow and improved it after they used it
• Enjoyment of customer work. You can investigate an unclear problem, explain tradeoffs, and decide what to build without waiting for a complete spec
• Experience taking a complex third-party integration live with the technical team on the other side
• You’ve founded a company or been an early engineer who owned the messy parts
• You’ve worked with EHRs, HL7, or FHIR. Strong engineering and integration judgment matters more than healthcare experience
