Technical Product Manager

• Bringing customer evidence into product decisions, shaping the scope, and driving delivery across the company.
• Taking new products from concept to implementation, keeping customers and engineers aligned throughout the process.
• Coordinating changes across various teams, ensuring clarity on ownership, dependencies, decisions, and deadlines.

• The ability to discuss architecture, constraints, and tradeoffs with engineers and turn those conversations into precise product decisions. You have done this on a product that shipped
• 3+ years in product management, including helping take a product from 0 to 1 and into users’ hands
• Clear communication with customers and engineers, in writing and in conversation
• Hands-on experience with technical products. You can write and review SQL, read API documentation and sample payloads, understand data flows, and investigate a technical issue before asking an engineer to take over
• Strong organization and project management. You follow through across teams, even when plans change
• The ability to build and test a useful prototype with AI coding tools
• Healthcare or clinical product experience
• Experience delivering products with enterprise customers
• Startup experience spanning product discovery and delivery
