Recruiting Operations Manager

Join Nook's as a Recruiting Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in building the systems, programs, and infrastructure that enable our recruiting organization to scale. This highly cross-functional role will have you working at the intersection of Recruiting, People, Marketing, and the broader business. You'll be responsible for owning recruiting processes, reporting, analytics, and operating rhythms, as well as managing and optimizing our recruiting technology and vendor ecosystem. Additionally, you'll own or support talent-focused events and programs, partner with People Operations, and accelerate Nook's university recruiting strategy.

• Ownership of recruiting processes, reporting, analytics, and operating rhythms to improve data-driven recruiting decisions.
• Management and optimization of recruiting technology and vendor ecosystem, including security, billing, adoption, and training.
• Development and acceleration of Nooks’ university recruiting strategy, with a focus on engineering talent.

• A bias toward action and a willingness to operate in ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
