Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Join Rain, a high-growth fintech company, as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. In this strategic role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, taking ownership of the systems, data, and processes that drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include designing and administering GTM compensation plans, building and maintaining dashboards for revenue intelligence, owning the HubSpot instance, supporting the administration of all GTM systems, leading AI-powered automation efforts, and continuously improving sales processes. • Design, model, and administer GTM compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and a clean audit trail.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analyses that provide leadership with a real-time view of pipeline health and revenue trends.
• Own the HubSpot instance end-to-end, including architecture, data hygiene, integrations, workflows, and user enablement across the GTM stack.

• Hands-on experience with GTM compensation design and calculations — you understand how comp drives behavior and you sweat the accuracy
• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
• HubSpot admin-level proficiency, with experience integrating it across the GTM stack
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Actively using AI tools to improve workflows and genuinely curious about what's next
• Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and comfortable adapting fast in an ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical skills — Excel/Sheets fluency required; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus
