Product & Risk Analytics Manager

Join our Business Operations & Analytics team as a Product & Risk Analytics Manager. In this role, you will analyze product, user, and repayment data to uncover critical insights that will shape our strategy and guide product development. You will also develop strategies to minimize risk and loss rates, work cross-functionally with various teams, and report to the Head of Business Operations & Analytics. • Analyser les données relatives aux produits, aux utilisateurs et aux transactions pour concevoir, déployer et affiner des modèles de risque et de souscription basés sur l'apprentissage automatique.
• Surveiller les modèles de ML en production pour détecter les dérives, suivre l'importance des caractéristiques et maintenir la gouvernance des données.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de produit et de finance pour garantir l'exactitude des données et traduire des informations complexes en récits exécutifs.

• Execution & AI: Thrives as an individual contributor in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments, leveraging AI tools to scale output quality and efficiency
• Analytics & Testing: Deep understanding of statistical principles, hypothesis testing, and hands-on A/B experimentation
• Experience & Domain: 5–7 years in data, product, and risk analytics, with proven success building and deploying credit/banking risk models
• Growth Potential: Capable of delivering immediate IC impact while scaling with the business to build and lead a team
• Technical Stack: Expert SQL (Snowflake/complex queries), proficiency in Python ML libraries (Pandas, Scipy, XGBoost), and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Superset)
• Proven track record of building, mentoring, or scaling high-performing analytics teams
