• Lead the evolution of Game Changers, SIE’s global performance management framework, integrating performance with the broader talent ecosystem.
• Design and implement performance frameworks that enable meaningful differentiation, clear goal alignment, and values-driven development feedback.
• Oversee the adoption and optimization of BetterWorks for all performance, feedback, calibration, and talent review processes.

• Change-savvy, data-literate, and deeply curious—you leverage analytics, stakeholder feedback, and future-of-work trends to drive better outcomes
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders across functions and geographies

• 10+ years in Talent Management, Performance, or Organizational Development roles, including at least 5 years in a global, matrixed organization
• Proven experience designing and executing enterprise-wide performance programs
