Business Development Representative (PST)

Join Equip Health as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a critical role in acquiring patient referrals. You will work closely with regional Clinical Partnerships Representatives, conduct discovery calls with prospective providers, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This is a remote position with flexible hours and a range of benefits, including paid parental leave and a 401k program.

• Identifying and sourcing new leads from target provider organizations via email, phone, and multi-channel sales approaches.
• Conducting initial discovery calls with prospective referring providers and clinical practice staff to build relationships.
• Maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, provider interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM.

• Exceptional organization and time management, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
• Entry-level; 1+ years sales/success experience preferred, ideally within healthcare
• High coachability, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset when managing rejection during high-volume outreach
• Reliable high-speed internet and an environment suitable for frequent phone calls
• Willingness for limited travel for training and conferences
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills with an authentic, consultative style
• Ability to thrive in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
• Data-driven and process-oriented mindset to measure and refine outreach
