Job Description

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Software Engineer III, you will be at the forefront of transforming cloud operations and improving the manageability, observability, and resiliency of our critical services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure high availability of all Box services and participate in on-call rotation to drive improvements in incident response and system resilience.

  • Participer à l'équipe des opérations centrales en se concentrant sur l'utilisation de l'IA dans le processus de gestion des incidents.
