Value Acceleration Engineer

As a Value Acceleration Engineer, you will work directly with enterprise customers to implement AI concepts and accelerate their time-to-value. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software deployment and make a significant impact on the success of our strategic accounts.

• Enthusiasm for a rotational model: excited to spend the first phase of your career at the company deployed in the field before transitioning into core product engineering
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, with 3.5+ GPA (M.S. is a plus). Early-career engineers (0-3 years of experience) are highly encouraged to apply
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where quick problem-solving is required to unblock implementations
• High empathy and exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you must be comfortable presenting to external customers and navigating complex enterprise environments
• A builder's spirit (you've built something on the side just for the fun of it, stay on top of tech developments, etc.)
• A strong desire to learn both technical systems and business processes
• Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, JavaScript) and a proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Previous experience, projects, or internships in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Sales Engineering, Tech Consulting, Implementation)
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform or building agentic workflows/blueprints
• Exposure to the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry
