Senior Robotics Manipulation Engineer

Join Dexterity, a leading company in the field of physical AI and robotics. As a Senior Robotics Manipulation Engineer, you will tackle various challenges related to manipulation, control, simulation, and learning. You will utilize a data-driven approach to enhance robot controls and stay updated on the latest advancements in reinforcement learning, motion planning, and controls. Your work will involve sensor fusion, state estimation techniques, and collaboration with various teams to improve models and software performance.

• Ideally, you will possess strong software system and interface design skills
• Experience with multiple of the following:
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Distributed ML Training Platforms (Ray or other)
• Strong Python programming skills
• 5+ years of relevant Industry or Research experience
• Task and Motion Planning
• Knowledge of Modern C++ and Linux
• Artificial Intelligence (imitation learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, LLMs)
• Simulation
• Experience with Git and modern CI pipelines
• Previous startup experience
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
