Senior Software Engineer

Join Salesforce as a Senior Software Engineer on the Trust Platform team. You will be responsible for building and shipping high-quality, production-grade software with AI as a core part of your development workflow. You will design and orchestrate complex systems, architect and maintain resilient backend services, and critically evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance. • Concevoir et orchestrer des systèmes complexes où les agents d'IA s'intègrent parfaitement dans les flux de travail humains, en favorisant l'efficacité et l'innovation à grande échelle.
• Architecturer et maintenir des services backend résilients intégrant des modèles de langage de grande taille (LLM) via des API externes, tout en mettant en œuvre des cadres d'observabilité robustes.
• Développer l'automatisation des tests et les outils de qualité, en se concentrant sur la génération de tests unitaires/CI, l'analyse des échecs de tests et la sensibilisation aux flocons.

• Experience with TypeScript (Node) and/or Python service development is a strong plus
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc.) in active development workflows
• Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD pipelines, Docker image creation, and container operations
• 4+ years of professional Java development experience
• A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering, using AI to move faster, build fluency across the stack, and contribute well beyond your core specialty
• Designing and consuming RESTful APIs alongside working knowledge of AWS (S3, STS, KMS, Lambda, DynamoDB)
• Experience with Bazel or Maven and a strong willingness to work in a monorepo
• Ability to design, iterate on, and test system and user prompts that produce structured, parseable LLM outputs (JSON classification, multi-field extraction)
