Senior Director of Product Marketing (Platform)

Join Workiva as the Senior Director of Product Marketing (Platform). In this role, you will craft bold and differentiated positioning for Workiva's platform and AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the broader Workiva narrative. You will serve as a thought leader, guiding messaging across campaigns, content, events, and executive storytelling. Additionally, you will build a technical product marketing function, oversee market launches, and bring deep customer insights into the business. This position requires 12+ years of product marketing experience, including 5+ years of leading high-performing teams.

• Craft bold, differentiated positioning that elevates Workiva’s platform and AI capabilities as the trusted foundation for finance, risk, and sustainability.
• Partner with peer leaders across Portfolio and Solutions Marketing to ensure the platform story reinforces—and is reinforced by—the broader Workiva narrative.
• Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, guiding messaging across campaigns, content, events, and executive storytelling.

• 12+ years in product marketing, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams
• Ability to translate complex, technical innovation—specifically AI and platform architecture—into compelling, differentiated value
• Undergraduate degree
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional leaders
• Strong partnership skills across product management, marketing, and sales leadership
• Proven expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS platform strategy, positioning, and messaging
• Demonstrated success driving sales enablement and revenue impact
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Reliable internet access for any period working remotely, not in a Workiva office
