Associate Sales Engineer(SMB)

Join HiBob, a leading SaaS platform transforming the HR experience. As an Associate Sales Engineer, you'll collaborate with various teams to showcase the value of our platform to customers. Ideal candidates have experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate how HiBob's platform can meet those needs.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, addressing their concerns and objections.
• Continuously learn about the HR industry, business practices, and software systems to effectively communicate the value of HiBob's solutions.

• Preferred experience includes pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting. Alternatively, relevant experience in sales or as an industry/vertical practitioner, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology environments, will also be considered.
• Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, including needs discovery, qualification, and objection handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive learner with a growth mindset and resilience in dynamic sales environments.
• Passion and a drive to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Resourceful, motivated, and a team player who thrives on challenges.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and buyer engagement; experience with generative AI (like ChatGPT or similar) is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to explore new technologies matter more.
