Senior Manager of Employee Experience

Join Applecart as a Senior Manager of Employee Experience in our NYC office. You will be responsible for shaping how our team connects, collaborates, and builds community. Your role will involve managing the execution of employee experience programs, planning in-office events, and ensuring the smooth operation of core People & Culture initiatives. You will also track event budgets, manage logistics, and gather feedback to continuously improve future programs. • Lead the planning and execution of in-office events and experiences, including recurring programs and team gatherings.
• Manage logistics, communications, and scheduling for company-wide initiatives, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional and thoughtful.
• Gather post-event feedback and actionable data through surveys and team check-ins to continuously iterate and elevate future programs.

• Experience working in a high-growth startup, scaleup, or similar environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• A proactive, 'no task too small' mindset
• 6+ years in event program management, employee experience, or a related operations role
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable attention to detail; superior organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong internal working relationships
