Senior HR Business Partner (GTM)

Join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner in our NYC office. In this role, you will partner with managers and leaders to develop and execute HR strategies and programs. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and policy interpretation. You will also support various groups, including Client Services, Business Development, and Operations, while working with internal General Counsel and the People team.

• Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management and employee relations.
• Using HR metrics and trends to guide daily people practices, solve operational challenges, and back up decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong internal working relationships
• Significant experience working with line managers to coach them through performance management considerations
• At least 3+ years of HRBP experience supporting scaling teams
• Successful facilitation of performance calibration exercises
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and manage up through relationship building
• The ability to work with highly confidential & sensitive information, and handle it with discretion
• 8+ years of direct HRBP experience or in equivalent HR roles
• Experience addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts through effective communication, mediation, and conflict management techniques
• Strategic and critical thinking skills
• Impeccable attention to detail; superior organizational and project management skills
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Experience working in a high-growth startup, scaleup, or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills; the ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams
