Client Services Associate

• Gérer et superviser l'exécution quotidienne des campagnes de marketing, de communication et de publicité numérique pour plusieurs comptes clients.
• Communiquer proactivement avec les équipes internes et les clients, en rédigeant des communications professionnelles et en participant aux réunions.
• Créer et gérer des audiences cibles en utilisant la plateforme propriétaire de l'entreprise, en veillant à ce que les audiences soient conformes aux spécifications des clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail
• At a public affairs, strategic communications, public relations or lobbying firm or agency
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel, experience with basic graphic design for reporting a plus
• In-house in a public affairs, legislative affairs, government affairs, communications, public relations or marketing role
• Strong desire to work in and/or learn digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in a client-facing role and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience producing intuitive, client-ready decks and memos
• 1+ years of experience in a related role working at one of the following:
• History of being a self-starter
