Manager of Client Services

Join Kargo as a Client Services Manager, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and client experience across a shared book of direct and programmatic accounts. You will guide assigned accounts through the full campaign lifecycle, build strong client relationships, deliver performance reports, and proactively identify upsell and renewal opportunities. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, familiarity with digital media metrics, and at least 3 years of experience in digital media or a client-facing role.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data organization
• Familiarity with digital media metrics and industry terminology
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach—identifying issues early, asking the right questions to unblock yourself, and managing competing priorities without losing clarity on what needs to happen next
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or a client-facing role in agency planning, buying, or ad operations
• Preferred: experience working across cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creative) and exposure to campaign troubleshooting in direct or programmatic environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver clear client-facing presentations
• Working knowledge of direct and programmatic campaign mechanics, including trafficking, tagging, and asset collection
