Senior Product Manager

• Ability to work closely with engineering to own and dive deep into backlogs, definition of done, and technical details
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
• Experience owning end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and iteration
• 5+ years of product management experience
• High bias for action and ownership; comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments

• Experience with hypothesis-based product experimentation and A/B testing at scale
• Experience in the fintech space or with regulated consumer products
• Experience speaking directly with users, gathering insights, and translating those insights into meaningful product enhancements
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams
