Client Account Manager

Join BlackCloak as a Client Account Manager, where you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with corporate clients. You'll work closely with the VP of Revenue and the Client Success team to ensure clients are maximizing their value from BlackCloak and scouting opportunities for growth within established accounts. • Maintaining and growing business relationships with corporate clients, ensuring they attain maximum value from the company's services.
• Collaborating with the Client Success Team to deliver exceptional client engagement, and working closely with internal teams to provide insights and reporting.
• Creating strategies and taking necessary actions for maintaining industry-best renewal rates and meeting upsell targets.

• 5+ years experience in software and/or SaaS sales to large enterprises
• Experience with information security and online privacy a plus
• Track record of success consistently exceeding sales goals
• Ability to travel within the United States
• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
