Senior Product Manager

Join BlackCloak as a Senior Product Manager, where you will turn product direction into shipped features across our platform. • Hands-on experience building applications and turning new ideas into working prototypes. A background in software engineering is a significant advantage
• Have a clear understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process
• The ability to understand problems from the customer's point of view, internal or external, and the judgment to make the calls that maximize the value delivered
• Clear technical writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders
• A combination of strong technical skills and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the BlackCloak organization – from engineering to senior leadership
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Pendo, plus AI tools including Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, and ChatGPT
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision, a sense of intellectual curiosity, humility, and accountability
• 5+ years of technical product management experience, with a track record of shipping products across mobile, desktop, and cloud
