GTM Engineer

• Experience designing sequences in Salesloft, Gong, or a similar cadencing system, including managing deliverability
• A revenue strategist's instincts: pipeline and dollars first, and a real belief that marketing/sales alignment makes this work
• Deep, current Salesforce expertise at the data-model level (Leads vs. Contacts, account hierarchy, campaign members, dedup rules, reporting). You've built lists into Salesforce, not just pulled them out
• A track record of bringing new tools and approaches to your team
• Proven experience building agents that take action on their own, beyond chatting with an AI tool or traditional automation
• 5–7 years of total experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, SDR/sales ops, ABM, or demand gen, with hands-on outbound build experience. Your title may say RevOps; what matters is that you've been the strategist, not only the person maintaining the CRM
• Production experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
