Product Marketing Specialist

Join Loadsmart, a leading logistics technology company, as a Product Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing go-to-market campaigns, developing messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across channels, enabling sales, running customer proof programs, supporting events, conducting buyer research, and collaborating across the business. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Plan and run go-to-market campaigns for new feature releases, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Loadsmart in the market, and create competitive battle cards.
• Create external and internal one-pagers, customizable materials for one-off customer situations, and product demos to support sales teams.

• Proven success in GTM strategy, product launches and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of impactful content creation
• Comfort following up with people across departments to keep work moving
• A collaborative, positive attitude, and you stay agile when priorities shift
• Experience leading a project or team, with a strong track record of organization and meeting deadlines
• Logistics or supply chain industry experience is preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with tools like Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce and Claude. Experience with Navattic is a plus, and we'll teach you if not
• Strong ability to translate complex features into clear, value-driven messaging for B2B audiences
• 3 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B SaaS
