Senior People Partner

Join our team as a Senior People Partner, where you will play a crucial role in driving and operationalizing the people strategy for our Product Engineering teams in Berkeley, CA. You will serve as a strategic partner and coach to senior leadership, provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, and use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. • Identifying issues, challenging assumptions, and proactively running problems to ground as they arise.
• Serving as a strategic partner and coach to senior leadership, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Driving existing talent strategies and programs, such as performance management, career pathing, and succession planning.

• Proven track record of change management
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting a product or engineering organization in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Business acumen and the ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders
• A builder's mindset, with the ability to create new programs and processes from scratch and identify process improvements
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Solid knowledge of California and federal labor laws
