Technical Recruiter (Engineering, Fixed Term)

Join True Anomaly, a company dedicated to protecting and defending the space domain. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building the teams that make this mission possible. You will partner with technical leaders, recruit exceptional engineering talent, and influence processes that scale. This is a temporary position with the potential for conversion to regular employment based on performance and business need.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, transparent communication, and effective candidate advocacy.
• Source and engage top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines for our Core Engineering teams, including propulsion, autonomy, flight software, avionics, among others.
• Build and nurture pipelines of exceptional passive talent to support current and future growth, and maintain high-quality ATS data.

• 4–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and guide stakeholders
• Highly organized with a bias for action; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong track record filling technical or engineering roles while meeting or surpassing hiring goals
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, typically 10–20+ open roles concurrently
• A demonstrated commitment to excellent service for candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise updates
• Process-minded and proactive about identifying opportunities to streamline and improve
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical demands: may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs
• Travel: occasional travel to our other office locations and for hiring events
• Work environment: standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• Experience hiring for any of the following domains; Propulsion, Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Autonomy, ML/AI, Simulation, Flight Software, GNC, Product
• Familiarity hiring DoD-cleared talent (Secret or Top Secret)
• Experience in a high-growth technology or product-focused startup; aerospace, defense, or national security experience is a plus
• Prior experience with Greenhouse, Gem, and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
