Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Join Navan as a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, where you will collaborate closely with our sales team to drive deal negotiations. You will manage contract negotiations, align customer needs with Navan's strategic priorities, and partner with internal sales and business teams throughout the contract signing process. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Navan's licensing and pricing models, strong analytical skills, and experience in contract management.

• Basic understanding of commercial law
• Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written
• Solid understanding of software revenue recognition principles
• Strong eye for business and proven track record in commercial negotiations
• Strong analytical skills along with the ability to demonstrate practical judgment in sophisticated situations
• Experience in contract management
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ
• 3+ years of software industry experience, (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations experience preferred)
• Great leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact regularly with senior management
• Business degree and/or JD
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; diligent with deliverables and deadlines, able to multitask
• Customer facing experience preferred
