Client Services Executive

Join our Client Services team as a Client Services Executive. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, creator partnerships, budgets, and timings across executional workflows. You will also act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time and facilitates client retention and satisfaction through quality creative output and excellent operational and servicing standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include creator sourcing, creator management, creative briefing, content review and quality control, content scheduling and monitoring, and campaign performance. You will thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility, and scrappiness are valued more than job titles and rigid structures.

• Gérer les relations avec les clients, les partenariats avec les créateurs, les budgets et les délais.
• Agir en tant que ressource centrale pour apporter la bonne expertise au bon moment, facilitant la collaboration.
• Développer et émettre des briefs pour les créateurs, en les immergeant dans la campagne, et diriger les communications au jour le jour.

• Have 1+ years’ experience in the general creator and influencer landscape
• Have an affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus
• Have a creative and curious mindset and can-do attitude
• Have strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills
