Associate Director of Client Services

Join Whalar as the Associate Director of Client Services, where you'll lead the successful delivery and growth of key client partnerships. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, creators, and cross-functional teams, ensuring exceptional campaign execution and serving as a trusted strategic advisor. You'll also manage a high-performing Client Services team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to account growth and new business opportunities.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Services team, driving operational excellence, mentoring future leaders, and creating an environment where both people and campaigns thrive.
• Act as a senior liaison with clients, content creators, cross-functional teams, and other partners, ensuring the delivery of flawless campaigns through exemplary client service.
• Help shape account growth, contribute to new business opportunities, and champion the evolving creator economy by bringing fresh thinking, industry knowledge, and creative solutions to every client engagement.

• Appreciate and understand the value of top quality creativity
• Have a solid understanding of the creator economy, social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
• Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can do attitude
• Experience with gaming brands and creators is a plus
• Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
• Proven track record of successful program delivery and account growth with large customer accounts
• Great management skills, a natural leader and motivator of people
