Senior Director of Global Enablement

Join Abnormal, a leading AI-native company, as the Senior Director of Global Enablement. In this role, you will lead a team of enablement directors and managers, driving the success of our platform and ensuring that every seller, engineer, customer success leader, and channel partner is equipped to win. You will own key programs, build an AI-first enablement engine, and position enablement as a core growth driver for the company. This is a strategic role that requires a strong background in sales, technical, or GTM enablement, with a proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs.

• Lead the global enablement function, overseeing a team of enablement directors and managers across various areas including field enablement, technical enablement, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement.
• Develop and implement programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of sellers, engineers, customer success leaders, and channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and support the company's products.
• Design and build an AI-first, just-in-time enablement engine that provides the right resources to the right people at the right time, incorporating feedback loops to continuously improve training and development programs.

• Experience building or scaling partner and channel enablement programs
• 12+ years of experience in sales, technical, or GTM enablement at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with at least 6 years leading teams, including leading multiple managers or directors across a global organization spanning North America, EMEA, and APJ
• Proven track record building and scaling enablement for multiple field roles, including AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success
• Experience designing and running role-based certification programs and in-person onboarding bootcamps at scale
• Strong command of enablement measurement, with experience tying programs to ramp, productivity, and revenue outcomes
• Track record running product launch readiness in a fast-moving, multi-product environment
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to enablement, such as AI role play, AI coaching, or just-in-time, in-workflow learning, with sound judgment about where AI helps and where human coaching matters most
• Experience enabling a GTM organization through a transition from a single product to a multi-product platform, with measurable impact on growth
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the presence to lead a room of sellers and the credibility to influence executive and senior GTM leaders
• Experience with tools in our ecosystem, such as Highspot, Gong, Glean, Articulate Rise, and Synthesia
• Background in cybersecurity or another technical, enterprise-focused category
• Experience consolidating or migrating an enablement tech stack, including LMS platforms
