Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls to introduce our insurance offerings.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor product recommendations.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance products through engaging presentations.
Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all opportunities are nurtured.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
Navigate and update customer information accurately within our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and management to share insights and best practices.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $75,000 to $350,000 annually, tied directly to your sales performance. This commission-driven structure rewards your success and provides a clear path for financial growth.
Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
