Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and video calls to introduce AO Jackpot's insurance products and services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor insurance solutions.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and policy details through clear and persuasive language.
Build strong rapport and trust with clients, even in a virtual setting, by actively listening and demonstrating empathy.
Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all follow-ups and administrative tasks are completed promptly.
Navigate and utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage appointments, and forecast sales.
Overcome objections and address client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Finalize sales by securing signed agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential, with compensation structured around performance. Successful agents can expect to earn between $50,000 and $200,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales efforts and your income.
